Returns & Exchanges
At The Wiggles, we want you to love every outfit you purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.
Ship the Package
Attach the pre-paid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
